Wooden Hair Clip No. 309 – Óčko

Model 309 surrounds the hair knot with an elegant elliptical form created directly in the material by freehand cutting rather than a fixed geometric template. Individual pieces can therefore differ naturally in subtle details.

Production requires precise control of the wood grain. During shaping the cut changes from across the grain to along it, while material is gradually removed until a delicate but strong shell remains, following the upper relief.

This solution keeps the model exceptionally lightweight while sufficiently strong for everyday use. Together with the Kompletka it secures the hair knot simply and reliably.

Model 309 is a long-established HPstylstudio design. The same construction and craft principle later led to model 312 for a French twist.

Co je Kompletka

Kompletka No. 100 is an original component of HPstylstudio models and forms one functional unit with each clip. It creates the necessary counter-pressure for secure hold without excessive tightening; its shape, position and path through the knot are part of the construction principle.

Upozornění

Never create maximum hair pressure against the clip and Kompletka. Excessive tension can overload the wood and cause the clip or Kompletka to break.

The finished hairstyle should be secure but comfortable and should not pull unpleasantly. Over-tightening may cause discomfort or headache during prolonged wear.

Always create the hairstyle with your own comfort in mind.

Each HPstylstudio clip is handmade from carefully selected wood, individually shaped, sanded and finished. The result is a lightweight wooden accessory with its own character and visible hand craftsmanship.

Protect the wooden product from prolonged exposure to water, steam and high humidity. Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and allow it to air-dry after moisture. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
