1. Quality and guarantee
Our products are of superior quality and guaranteed in accordance with the law.
2. Delivery terms
If in stock, the shipment is within 24 hours of ordering, otherwise in 2days. Customers are informed by e-mail of the date of delivery.
3. Shipping and handling
The Czech post office handles all shipping according to their postal rate
4. Refund policies
The seller is responsible for all hidden defects. We offer a 2-year guarantee period. The seller gives a full refund only within 30 days of purchase, and if the returned product is in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, accompanied with proof of purchase.
The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, such as handling with force.
It is also possible to exchange a damaged item, or to receive a discount. If the customer wants to exchange the product because of the improper size, it is possible within 14 days of the date of purchase. If there is only one faulty part it may be exchanged.
When the time of guarantee has passed the seller is not responsible for any future defects or complains.

Contracts between the seller and the customer comply with the law, art. n.367/2000. Withdrawing from a contract is handled at:

After receiving the returned goods the seller has the right to deduct the cost for transport and other possible expenses connected with the breaking of the contract.
HPstylstudio handles all complains promptly, the same way as brick-andmortar stores, in compliance with the law.
